Two Great Chicken Wing Recipes!!!!

These are 2 of my favorite recipes for wings.

I love chicken wings!!

You use about 2 lbs chicken wings
(cut tips off), or 24 to 36 pieces
depending on their size.

Spread the wings out on a baking sheet
lined with foil for easier clean up.
Season on both sides with your favorites seasonings
such as salt, pepper, onion powder, or garlic powder.

Cook in 375 oven
Cook for 20 minutes on one side, then turn over and
cook an additional 20 to 15 minutes.

Put the wings in a large bowl and toss until
coated with the sauce of your choice. Return
to baking sheet with clean foil. Cook 15 minutes
on one side, turn over and cook another 10 minutes.

4 heaping Tbsp.fresh minced garlic
1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar (adjust to your taste)
2 tsps. black pepper
3 packets powdered ranch dressing
Cook in sauce pan until slightly thickened.
Very mild!

Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper,
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
I cut the sauce recipes each in half so I
could do some of both!

Serve with Ranch or Blue cheese dressing!!
